NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the North Miami School Building Corporation (the "Building Corporation") shall convene on August 17, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. at North Miami Community Schools District Office, 394 E 900 N, Denver, Indiana to appoint a new member and elect officers; to consider the form of the proposed Lease Agreement to be entered into between the Building Corporation and North Miami Community Schools, including the plans and specifications referred to therein, and made a part thereof; to consider the proposed Trust Indenture and the issuance of bonds by the Building Corporation; and for any other business which may properly come before this meeting.
