Our Purpose and Principles

Planting seeds of learning to enable students to excel in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Growth for each student in all measurable areas.
    • Utilize MClass assessment, I-READ, ILEARN, PSAT, SAT, and in-house assessments as data to chart and measure growth.
    • Analyze the transition from elementary to middle school.
  • Increase rigor, dual credit options, and certification opportunities.
    • Expand partnerships with Ivy Tech, Heartland Career Center, and work-based learning opportunities.
    • Align curriculum and instruction to reflect new standards.
  • Increase attendance and activity participation for each student.
    • In-person education is the best mechanism we can provide to our students for stability and to achieve academic growth.
    • Develop partnerships to establish pathways and career understanding.

    • We will monitor behavior referrals and continue our Warrior Way initiatives.
